McDonald's Filet-O-Fish, Half a Slice of Cheese?

I'm never a big fan of McDonald's but eventually decided to get a Filet-O-Fish because I was in a hurry. Here's what I found:

Half a slice of cheese... Really McDonald's? That's a total ripoff...

I checked if there's anyone facing the same problem. To my surprise, there's even facebook page about it! Crazy eh? It's not that I want to make a big deal out of this piece of crap but...come on...this is too ugly. You keep increasing the damn price and this is what I get?

Never again!

The Keeper - Chris Cornell (The Machine Gun Preacher)

Soundtrack from The Machine Gun Preacher. This is another powerful, inspiring song. Chris Cornell is a genius.

Fluffy Pancakes (Revised Recipe)

I decided to modify the recipe a little to make the portion fits all 3 family members (See previous post "Basic Pancake Recipe") My younger brother eats a lot more than others so I gave him a stack of 5 pancakes. Dad has 4 and 3 for myself. Remember, this is not an American portion. Size of the pancakes you see on the photo is a 1/3 smaller than what is being served in the States.

Again, no butter, lots of fruits, one healthy breakfast :)

Serving size: 3 (around 12 medium size pancakes)

250 g           All Purpose Flour
  50 g           Sugar
  3                Pinches of Salt
  15 g           Baking Powder
  2                Eggs
300 g           Milk
                    Honey / Maple Syrup
  1                Kiwi
  1                Orange
** Any fruit of your choice is fine. It'd be lovely to add banana slices, strawberry,

See my previous post for direction :)

A Day Through The Lens

Tyler has decided to bring a friend with him today. Not exactly a friend, I actually couldn't figure out yet :) Anyways, here's another camera victim. I told him he has to stay still or else I won't let him in the house and he understood.

I told him to stay still if he wants to be let in the house :)

Long stride, little lion :)

Look at how determine he is! I love the way light reflects in his eyes, making them standout.

Jump and Claw!

Looking elsewhere?

I like focusing on eyes. The eyes that I can see through your heart and soul. It's because of those eyes that things are starting to make sense. Invisible string that connects.

never forget who you are

Those words came up after a movie date with a close friend of mine. We have been wanting to catch up but never did manage to pick the right time until yesterday. It was great. We had the quickest lunch on the record, just so we could catch them trailers before Wrath of the Titans then The Hunger Games. I'm a huge fan when it comes to Greek Mythology and... oh, Sam Worthington made it all worthwhile :) We came out with some doubts on the Hunger Games especially what actually happen to Katniss and Gale in the end. Did Gale realize that those were just acts? We might have missed something, I don't know but I will definitely get the books this week.

Last but not the least, I leave you with another sleeping posture of my Tyler :) Sleep tight little one.

Love Me or just Let Me Be

Just the littlest thing I want other people to know that I couldn't care less about what they think of me. The exclusivity belongs only to the people that matter to me. I tend to be bold when I'm in my unusual mood, as you can see :) It's probably good anyhow. Be Expressive!

Xoxo,
Nikki
