Best Pancakes Recipe

I actually took time to make breakfast this morning. A simple breakfast but requires accuracy in every way- ingredient measurement, time, and delicacy.

My recipe is modified from the original taken from All Recipes.com. Link below:

The good thing about this recipe is that it doesn't require mixture of butter, which makes it super healthy. I also eliminate 30 ml of white vinegar turning the recipe back to the good old original basic. Give it a try :)

125 g       All-Purpose Flour
  25 g       White Sugar
   5 g         Baking Powder
                 A pinch of Salt
  1 tsp       Vanilla Extracts
150 ml      Non-Fat Milk
  1             Egg

Directions:
  1. Always No.1 rule in baking: Combine dry ingredients together . Flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk egg into milk. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Coat the surface with a little bit of butter, make sure not too much or else color on surface of your pancakes will come out unevenly. Pour 1/4 cup full of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubble appears on the side and surface. Flip with a spatula until the other side turn brown. Remember, flip once only
  4.  Serve with honey or fruit jam of your choice.
Better yet, have it with a cup of hot coffee or chocolate :)
